Dr. Fred Luskin has done extensive research on the training and measurement of forgiveness therapy. Taking forgiveness out of religious and psychological domains, he anchors his practice in science, health and wellbeing with a focus on enhancing physical vitality, hope, greater self–efficacy, enhanced optimism. He conducts workshops and seminars throughout the world bringing his expertise and experience to show people the roadmap for their own happiness.
